If you're interested in applying for a rental with us, we'd love to hear from you! Send us an email to request an application. Please include the full name of each applicant over the age of 18, along with a separate email address for each person. 

There is a $45 Application Fee per adult.

Income Requirement

We require households make 2.5 times the rent for any property listed with Next Level. We do accept cosigners. (see below)

Is having a cosigner an option?

YES! A cosigner can be:

Anyone over the age of 18 with:

• Strong financial background and credit

• Willingness to share personal financial information

• Rental history and employment record

• Sufficient income

• Completion of rental application and income verification


1. A rental cosigner is an individual that agrees to be responsible for covering rental payments if the tenant misses them. The cosigner is party of the lease agreement signed with you at the start of the lease period.


2. Legally, the cosigner is responsible for everything the tenant is responsible for. Penalties and fees related to how the tenant uses the property could be passed on to the cosigner if the tenant falls through, so it is important for cosigners to be thoroughly informed about what they are committing to.


3. The individual should have a strong financial background, credit and high enough income to support the tenant if they fall behind on rent. We require the at the cosigner makes as much as 60 times the monthly rent annually.

(example: Rent is $1,400 per month; Cosigners annual income needs to be at least $84,000 annually)


4. A cosigner must agree to share personal financial information with the landlord, just as potential tenants do.
