With ProStaff Real Estate officially transitioning to Coldwell Banker Cascade Real Estate, Next Level Property Management will continue operating from the same location inside the Coldwell Banker Cascade building in Oroville remaining under the leadership of CB Cascade Branch Manager Shayne Thacker.
Next Level will continue offering full-service property management for long-term rentals, vacation homes, and investment properties, with the same focus on transparency, responsiveness, and maximizing asset value.
Shayne is supported by her property management team — Nikki Peressini and Riley Buzzard — who help ensure smooth coordination, communication, and client care throughout North Central Washington.
