"The perfect getaway with family and friends. We wanted to spend the New Year in Oroville and the home was just perfect. Though it was in the winter, the home being on the lake was perfect to wake up to the rising sun behind the mountains. The rooms and the kitchen had everything we needed in a vacation home. The proximity to Canada, the restaurants, vineyards, the ski slopes were the cherry on top. We only wished we had more time to explore the US side of the location but Molson the ghost town, was a treat in itself. The host was very accommodating to our last minute requests to make the vacation just what we were hoping for. We would love to be back in the summer to really enjoy what the location and the home offer."

"If you’re looking for a peaceful vacation spot with an amazing view of the water from the huge deck, this is the place. Lots of space if you’re staying with friends or family. Big downstairs area which was great for the kids. King size beds in the two upstairs room were comfortable. House is very dated but everything inside is useable and does its purpose. There was a tabletop propane fire place outside on the deck, once you’re read the instructions on the side of it, it’s easy to use. Overall, great Airbnb"

"If you want a peaceful lakeside retreat near Canada, this is the place. The house itself is relatively old and smells like my grandmas's house, but it made it feel homey. The beds were everywhere...you could house an army here :-) The views and amenities are amazing. The deck has rocking chairs, lounge chairs and a fireplace. Really loved waking up to the pristine lake views and sipping coffee on the deck. They also had a canoe, which was rickety, but fun. Overall, it was a great location for my family and our dog."

"Incredible stay. Freezing cold a/c, spacious and clean. This place has everything you need including cookware and laundry. BBQ and fire table with supplied propane. Michael, the owner, was very gracious and accommodating and the property management group was exactly what their name implies, Next Level. We were greeted with a very nice bottle of wine from a local vineyard that is a 5 minute walk away. So good we bought some more. Oroville is very close and has nice Mexican and Italian restaurants. We chose this location for its lakefront and we were not disappointed. Easy access for our boat and the sunsets from the upper deck were awesome. We would definitely return. Highly recommend."

"This house was older, well built and the floor plan was great for adults and kids. Dog friendly was huge for our family and the boat dock! Very private- the main floor deck was where we hung out to eat, play games, visit and just stare at the lake and mountains. Three full bathrooms with seven people were wonderful and the downstairs has a cool huge laundry room. Our host left us a bottle of wine and a bag of fresh cherries which was thoughtful. Tons of parking made it easy and secure with leaving our boat trailer. Our own private beach was the bomb! Adults were in the water just as much as the children!
All of the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning kept up with keeping the house cool because it was hot! The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you would need and all of the games you could imagine were also great.
We are DEFINITELY going to book again❤️"
